Partnerships

The Network on Education and Telematics (RIF-ET) has played a predominant role in COLAM’s strategic development and consolidation. This Network has technically and conceptually supported other networks that created their training programs based on the use of EaD/TIC, and has been a key element in the strengthening of strategic partnerships, especially with the OAS (INEAM and Portal), VirtualEduca, and the Consortium Distance Education Network (CREAD).  In addition, COLAM’s notable contribution was specifically emphasized in the Declaration of Scarborough, within the framework of the Fourth Conference of Ministers of Education, in August 2005.
